Jun Seo Hahm was born in Korea in 1976. After studying art theory in Korea, he moved to the U.S. to study experimental animation at the California Institute of Arts. A professional illustrator, animator and designer, Jun is currently based in Portland, OR. He has a wide range of work including comic books, illustration, film making, drawing, painting, and animation.

Check out Karnival, a series of super-short animated pieces created by Jun seo Hahm at Portland commercial studio Bent Image Lab. The first two episodes are up at Karnival.tv with additional episodes debuting every two weeks. The characters have a strong 3D aesthetic but the films are actually “hand-drawn digital vectorized 2D animation”.
